The TES Alumni held its seasonal dinner on October 19th at “La Mounia” hotel. It was a small but very friendly gathering. About a hundred grads from different years ranging between 1960-1980 ,reunited and exchanged their news. There was also a slideshow that covered these years through the various photos submitted by the grads. The star of the evening was Mr. Michel Nasr ,who happened to be in Lebanon, and enjoyed this reunion with his former students and friends. Mr. Nasr was very active during dinner. He danced and did the dabkeh too. He also delivered a poem that he had written himself in Arabic. His major was definitely physics, yet whenever he was overcome, he became poetic. Tombola was sold and many gifts were won. There was, also, a draw on a ticket to Sharm el-Sheikh, that was won by Toufic Hamdi . Too bad you were not there.
