T.S. Elliot
said : "Humankind cannot bear the weight of too much reality". These
are some thoughts about realities that we
deeply hold. We pretend that they do not exist and refuse to confront
and examine them carefully. It can be most painful and dangerous to peer
unprepared into the human soul.

Our nature
Look at the opulence of nature
Remark
How beauty and intelligence
Rarely cohabit.
Only Homo sapiens delight in gossip
Behold the media
Swel their tales
Like peacocks.
All truths
Are blurred
By perceptions.
In all transactions
What we Want
Is imagery
What We get
Is real.
Our personal blind spots
Are visible to other.
Once brains are grooved
Patterns become indelible prejudices
Observe
Cultures
Religions
Ideologies ,
Experiences
How strongly we hold them true
How rarely we dare challenge our beliefs.
Personalities
Are like skin
Unalterable
Discriminating .
Every day I pary
That I stay
Hungry.
Truth is a changing spinning sphere
Only visible
A glance at a time.

Why do we kiss with eyes closed but love with open eyes ?
April 6, 1997.
Blind Kiss
Like night and day
In long embrace
Our eyes entwine
Eclipse and chase
To kiss your lips
I hide your face
Or loose your lips
To find your face ?
